​I am a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) with the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and received my Medical Sciences Degree (BSc) from Brock University. I am a professional athlete, training in mixed martial arts and other combat sports. 

I have worked in a clinical nutrition setting for five years, counselling hundreds of patients, working with different ages, fitness levels, dietary preferences, and other needs.

I have worked with professional athletes in mixed martial arts, to assist in weight cutting and performance nutrition. I also enjoy working with recreational athletes and gym goers of all fitness levels, to help optimize performance.
